Terms of Service

Last updated April 25, 2026

Agreement

By creating a Platevox account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you're using Platevox on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind that business to this agreement.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity on your account, including by staff members you invite.

Acceptable use

Don't use Platevox to break the law, send spam, infringe anyone's rights, attempt to compromise the service, or process payments for activities prohibited by your payment provider. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase.

Free trials

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial unless stated otherwise. We don't require a credit card to start. If you don't upgrade by the end of the trial, your account moves to the Starter plan or is paused — your data is preserved either way.

Your data

You own the data you put into Platevox. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time, and for 30 days after cancellation.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service on the Starter or Professional plans. Enterprise plans include written uptime commitments. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Third-party services

Platevox integrates with third-party services (payment processors, SMS providers, mapping providers, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for their actions or downtime.

Intellectual property

Platevox, including the software, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability under this agreement is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption) except where the law doesn't allow us to limit liability.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to pay. On termination, your access ends and we follow the data-retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We'll email you and update the “last updated” date above before any material change takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
